Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Swagthat.io! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and exchanges. Refunds once approved will be processed and amount refunded within 15 to 30 working days. Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds.
B2B and Customized Items
Due to the nature of B2B catalogue items and customized products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is received damaged.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will then assess the damage and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.
One-Off / Non-Customized Items
For one-off, non-customized items, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 working days.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to check for availability of the desired replacement. If the replacement is available, we will ship it to you within 7 days of our confirmation. Our confirmation is based on receiving the ordered item back and we confirm the exchange based on the purchased item in the original condition.
